Needs strategic sourcing outside China for their products while balancing all the other factors such as certain raw materials have to be Chinese-based. Also Client needs a 5 years strategic sourcing & supply business plan to mitigate its current supply geopolitical risk plus savings costs from manufacturing and logistics as a whole. A dynamic ever-changing environment that covers all aspects of managing from supply source, geographical, trade regulations, logistics, currency fluctuations, social compliance, due diligence and strategic planning.

Startup - A Cruise Line - Business Plan and financials
A self-initiated project that focused on a national cruise line startup, with a strategic business plan and financial projections for a fleet of cruise ships. Currently seeking for statutory financial support and investors. AA SPERM Consulting will present to industry stakeholders, statutory boards and investors. Together with industry strategic partners and collaborations, we shall need to see this mega project to completion from inception.
The Idea started in the second quarter of 2020, inching steadily and never looked back since.
This will be a mega-project that will make tides turn with a global attention.

Ecommerce setup in China for selected food products
Nordics client wants to launch its products into China with maintaining existing marketshare which was done through unofficial rogue traders. Balancing its exposure to risks, food safety, implementing new logistic supply chain from origin country to end consumers in another country, shipping and clearance, seeing through all import and export regulations of both countries are met at customs and abiding respective FDAs, labelling and channels of distribution from bonded warehouse. Cost analysis and feasibility studies were done with client. Also the methodology of how the goods are channeled to various parties from distributers to both online and offline retailers in China. Also establishing a presence with Alibaba and its TMall platforms. Setting up the retail operation and ensuring all the operational processes including inventory systems and financial transactions systems are implemented and followed through. System was handed after 18 months.

Setting up a foreign Supermarket chain in China
Client from Scandinavia wants investigation and a case study for setting up shop in China as its first plan. Thereafter, from the study and findings, clients wanted to setup its presence in China with Alibaba Tmall platform. AA SPERM Consulting represents client in China, manages the online ecommerce platforms with partners. And in Phase 3 , we have started with opening of new channels of distribution to offline stores via specially selected distributers after due diligence is done.
Still an ongoing project where new product categories are brought in. New warehouses due diligence analysis for selection, maintaining of stakeholders and partners' relationships, marketing campaigns, promotional events, sales analysis , customer service which includes complaints and member awards programs are all part of our purview.

Also to have us as ambassador to its brand, building relationships with all major stakeholders in this industry which would range from Chinese banks, financial institutions, investment companies, shipyards, statutory regulatory bodies to turnkey suppliers.
